Here’s the thing about Prime Big Deal Days (or any Amazon shopping event, really): Big ticket items get all of the spotlight. We’re shopping for knives and cookware and appliances and rightfully so, considering many of these items rarely go on sale and the higher price tags mean higher savings.

But look, big shopping holidays don’t have to be stressful. Personally, I use them as a time to fill my home and kitchen with the smaller joys in life. I’m always on the hunt for products under $25, and this time around, I found some amazing little tools. I’m talking witch spoon holders, cactus measuring spoons, butter knives, the list goes on.

These are the best impulse buys as told to you by a very impulsive shopper. So keep scrolling and add something to your cart before Amazon’s October Prime Day ends at midnight PT. You know you want to.

Ototo Agatha Spoon Holder

Amazon OTOTO Agatha Spoon Holder for Stove Top - Witchy Gifts

Amazon

Starting my shopping spree strong, I’m grabbing this spoon holder. Do I need a spoon holder? Absolutely, no. However, I do for some inexplicable reason need this one of a rubber witch riding a wooden spoon (sold separately). It’s perfect for Halloween, which is coming right up, but I’m going to use this all year long.

Simple Spreading Stainless Steel Butter Spreader

Amazon Stainless Steel Butter Spreader, Butter Knife - 3 in 1 Kitchen

Amazon

On the (slightly) more practical side, I’m definitely grabbing this butter spreader for $9 because it just makes sense. I have so many knives but none of them are just for butter, and this one supposedly makes it easier to spread cold, hard butter. Honestly, the picture of butter coming through the holes of the knife was all the convincing I needed.

Hey Foly Sushi Refrigerator Magnets

Amazon Hey Foly Cute Refrigerator Magnets Funny Magnets for Fridge

Amazon

The moment I laid eyes on these sushi fridge magnets, it was true love. I bought an uni magnet in Brooklyn a year ago for about $50 bucks (hand-painted and crafted by a local artist), but the fact that I can both support my local artists and complete my set for only $10 more is perfect. I really like the little onigiri.

Xbaihuix Cactus Measuring Spoons

I have never seen a set of measuring spoons I loved. I mean, they’re measuring spoons. Then these cactus ones came into my life only seconds ago. It’s been a revelation. I mean, first of all they are cacti, which are adorable. But I love how they are not attached to a silly ring. Instead they stay organized in a fake little planter. Finally, a plant I can’t kill and a set of measuring spoons I’ll actually use.

Ototo Gracula Garlic Crusher

Amazon OTOTO Gracula Garlic Crusher

Amazon

I need everything from Ototo, plain and simple. But I have to pace myself, and so the only other Ototo product I’m grabbing right now (although I really want this skull basting brush and this spaghetti holder) is Count Gracula. It is a little vampire-shaped garlic crusher, which solves two problems for me. First of all I do not have anything vampire-themed in my kitchen and secondly, I don’t have a garlic crusher. I’m not sure I need a garlic crusher but that’s besides the point.

Jcbiz 6-Piece Chip Clips

JCBIZ 6PCS Cute Chip Clips Kitchen Food Storage

Amazon

We can’t always get what we want. At least we can’t always get it on sale. So even though these chip clips that are shaped like chips (I mean, come on!) are not even discounted for Prime Big Deal Days, I’m grabbing them without the slightest hesitation. I mean, they are shaped like chips, help keep chips fresh, and are only $9. What’s not to love?
