Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime, cut into 6 small pieces

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces cachaça (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)

  • 1 ounce passion fruit nectar

  • 1/2 ounce unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime and Simple Syrup. Add the remaining ingredients; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
