This ceramic pumpkin baking dish makes me smile every time I look at it, and I look at it a lot. During this time of year, it sits prominently on my kitchen counter as a decoration until I’m ready to fill it up with delicious concoctions. This dish is very versatile and can be used in everything from the microwave, freezer, and broiler, and is oven-safe up to 572°F. I use it to bake pumpkin pies (of course!) and make baked bries. It’s also great for holding seasonal dips or individual servings of stew or pot pies.

When I’m not using it for baking, I love to fill it with seasonal candy pieces or pumpkin-shaped cookies. The two handles on the sides are easy to grip and carry the dish around, and the stem is on top to complete the pumpkin design.
